Depends on the questions. Also i doubt it as not every question makes sense.Also there's the fact that some people who answer most of these questions are idiots, or are just trying to be funny.

All the questions that have been flagged are usually the ones that need to be improved, questions that do not make sense should also be attempted to be improved upon.

Unfortunately not all questions that are asked are good questions some need to be trashed, that is why there are supervisors. It might be because they might not have enough information to answer or that they just are not appropriate for WikiAnswers.
