with adult supervision.... Of course food and vet and misc. bills will require the parent. One thing is that people don't understand ferrets need shots as well. If they are caged (which i suggest for any first time owners or with younger kids) they need to be out for at LEAST 1-2 hours a day. their cages need to be cleaned daily, new food and water daily....
I got my first ferret when I was 11. We breed dogs and a lot of other animals- so my parents were very strict and at that age -with the help of my parents- WE were able to make it a great experience- and still own ferrets now that I have my own place 14 years later. Please research this before making a decision. You need to know what the kids can handle- and what you are also willing to handle.

Easy - her parents didn't care enough to pay attention, so she walks out the door.
Cmon man, a ferret year is as long as a human year but if you mean in comparison to dog years, which is 7:1 human, then a ferret year would be 12:1 if your ferret lives to be ten, that would be 120 years old.

Not all 13 years old have a sufficient maturity and sense of responsibility that they could be entrusted with the care of a 7 year old, but some do.
Ferrets are considered kits until they are 1 year old

If you mean by babysitting then yes but he is not old enough to be her guardian.
HI! I am also 11 year old. Well, you obviously can't take care of a 10 year old brother but you can take care of a 6 year old and 5 year old. Its a bit hard but if they are calm enough, its easy as a pie!! Good luck and hope they wont get too naughty!
Yes, so long as the grandparent is able to care for the child and he/she has the permission or rights to take care of them as a guardian.
