Not according to child labor laws, unless the child's parent(s) own the shop. Yeah i think when you are 13 or 14 you can help out and clean out some animal cages and play with them a bit (not too much, you have to be marginally professional) but i dont think you can have a proper job

NO, you have to be at least 16 with a work permit.
I highly doubt it. I don't know anyone, or any company, who would hire an 11 year old for anything other than pet-sitting.

I think that anyone can help out with something when it comes to a place like a pet shop. If the problem is that your to young then you should think of something that a younger person can do.

No, they cannot officially work there, although they could do 'under the table' jobs like sweeping up or helping with restocking bottles etc.
