Dont freak out; this is normal. Boys and girls usually start doing things like this around middle school. My first kiss was in seventh grade, age 13. This is normal, as middle school is there to prepare you for High School. this is part of it. Depending on who you are, you will kiss a lot more in high school, so it is good to get rid of most timidities now. try not to go much farther than this, but this is normal. Its actually pretty good. way to go! :)

I would personally say yes, that's OK. I didn't kiss my girlfriend when I was 13 but I don't think it would have done any harm.

Answer

I have a son named Barry. I once saw him kissing his girlfriend. They are both 13 years old now. When i saw him, never told him. I just never talked to him about it. Kids at that age are very sensitive and you better leave the kiss talk for some time later.

Kissing between two kids at that age is perfectly normal and you shouldn't do anything. Just leave your girl kiss guys. You can talk to her about it at about the age of 15 or 16, but not now. Just don't tell her that you saw her and leave her to do what ever she wants, as long a its just kissing.
