If the parents say yes they can. There are no laws for dating so it's up to the parents to decide. There are only laws for sex where the minor must have reached the age of consent in their state. It varies from 16-18.

If the couple wants to become intimate, in the natural way of relationships, there will probably be legal issues: a young person is not expected to be led into intimate behavior by an adult, unless over some particular age, which is generally 16 to 18 yrs old in the US. If it happens, there is a legal offence, which can be punished by prison etc.

∙ 10y agoThere are no laws for dating so that is up to your parents but the age difference is quite large and one would wonder what interest the 23yo could have in a 14. They can not have sex for several years, not until the minor reach age of consent.

Yes, no one under the age of 18 should be involved/date someone who is a legal adult.
umm... no if u really like each other but don't try to marry her right after she turns 18 or she will feel really pressured and break up with u.
it is possible but i would highly not recommend it because look at it this way... a teenager with a woman who can drink booze.
