This answer is completely honest im a 13 year old boy who started p90 x im on day 17 its a journey ahead but ive seen major improvements in the following areas abs, pecks/back,calfs , biceps triceps ,self confidence ,and many more all the muscles in my body are improved but im not listing them all.The p90 is a very good program as long as you stick to it .You should feel guilty without doing p90 x .I did.So now all you have to do is make the commintment.and BRING IT!!!!!!!!!
Yes, it is possible for a 14 year old to do P90X. I am 13 as well and am on day 52. I have noticed a major increase in general strength. However, many kids this age to not have the hormone in their body to build mass, so that may not be the outcome for you.
So speaking from experience. I'm a 16 year old guy, and anyone below the age of 14 should not go anywhere near this, due to the use of weights, and a pre-pubescent body should not be put under the straight of free weights. Ask your doctor about it; and if he says no, go look up Insanity. It'll do the same kinda things, but without weights.
