No because she's a minor and the boyfriend is legally an adult and by him getting her pregnant he can look at jail time for statutory rape of a minor if she's under the age 16 which in most states is age of consent for sexual relations.So yes he can be arrested for his involvement with her, but the parents probably won't go for her living with a man because it will only cause problems such as giving leeway to another baby coming out of the relationship.
