As a minor you are not allowed to move without parental permission or being emancipated. Having a child makes no difference. And even though you already have a child by him he is not allowed to have sex with you. It's statutory rape.
Well, depends. Does Mom have custody? Is child under-aged?
No, not in any state is a 15 year old allowed to move out.
Probably not. The fact that you are a minor with a child does not change that you are a minor and your parents are legally responsible for you.
No.
No, a 15 year old can not move out without parental consent in Massachusetts. A minor can only move out if they are legally emancipated.
in some states 18 is legal and 15 is underage. legal action can be taking against the 18 year old.
no.
If you are under eight teen in any state you are a minor. A minor has no say where they will live. An eight teen year old can't have relations with a fifteen year old.
No
Not without parental consent.
Depends if your mom and dad let you but don't have sex with a 15 year old if you 12.
If the 21 year old is ever alone with the 15 year old, the 21 year is guilty of statutory rape (it doesn't mean any rape/sex occured, it just means that the 21 had the time and place and could have had sex with the 15). Sex between a 21 year old and a 15 year old is usually illegal. Can Mom stop the 15 year old from dating the 21 year old? As a minor child, yes. Until the 15 year old reaches the age of consent for her state (or goes to court to get emancipated from her parents), Mom is in charge. As a concerned parent, Mom can also stop the 21 year old by having him sent to jail for a variety of sex offenses and/or by getting a restraining order. The 21 year old will end up with a "sex offense/sex offender" on his police record FOREVER and will have to register his location with the local police FOREVER and will have to stay away from kids and schools FOREVER. If you are the 15 year old, listen to your Mother because she owns you. If you are the 21 year old, don't date a 15 year old.
