yes. depends where you live though, in England you can legally leave home but youd need your parents help in some way or another.

In the United States the legal age of majority in all but one state is 18, in Nebraska the legal age is 19.

No. You will have to wait until you are 18. you can get emancipated at the age of 16 though.
