A 17-year-old is not a woman, she is a minor, and therefore, no, she cannot move out without her parents permission unless she has been legally emancipated.
The age of majority in VA is 18, but VA does allow a minor who is at least 16 to petition for emancipation.
Yes, a woman can do a job without permission from her husband. In most modern societies, women have the right to work and make their own decisions about their careers without needing approval from their spouses.
As Leelu says in "The Fifth Element": "NEVER without my permission!"
If she has full custody, then yes.
Soraya's mother thinks negatively of Amir talking to her daughter without permission. However, she reflects of mistakes she made as a young woman. Amir at one point asks Soraya's father for permission to marry her
yes because she is on your property and that camera is just for "security" measures
You can only live with the girl if her parents have given her permission. You can date her but should talk to her parents about it.
If you grab a woman's breast without her permission, it is assault and battery and you will go to jail and have to register as a sexual predator.
When a person accepts Islam, all of his/her previous sins are converted to credits for good deeds. So a person who has accepted Islam is returned, per prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) saying, as pure as a newborn child. A Muslim man may marry either a Muslim, Christian, or Jewish woman of good character. The fact that woman has a child from a previous relationship is not a bar to marriage, as long as she has repented. The Muslim man will earn immense rewards if he supports her child. However, he is forbidden from giving her child his name so far he is not his/her biological father.
well technically, his parents don't matter. see, in that weird religion, men don't need permission from their parents, but women do for marriage, no matter what age the woman is. Men can marry any kind of woman they want, but women can only marry Muslim men. so unless he's financially dependent on his parents, it doesnt matter one bit what his parents or the religion thinks.
I do not see why not. It would be wise to tell the father where she is moving, unless he is a threat to her.
Yes. The only requirements are that the woman says yes 3 times to make sure she is not being forced, and there are witnesses. It is preferable not to, though.
