Yes, they just can't have intercourse w/ them.
Naturally it depends on the exact age of the minor. An 18 year old dating a 17 or 16 year old wouldn't cause a problem but if an 18 year old said they were dating a 13 year old, that would raise some eyebrows. It still wouldn't be "illegal", but it would certainly be inappropriate.

∙ 12y agoIt's legal. There are no laws against dating just against sex where you have to have reached the age of consent which the 15yo have not if she lives in the US. The age of consent vary from 16-18 in the individual states. But dating is OK as long as long as the minors parents say so. The 18yo have to be aware of the risk for being reported for stautory rape though.
