There is nothing that would prevent it in most places. There are a few where they would have to wait until they are 19 of even 21.

It is OK for a 18 years old person to date with a 5 years old person.

An 18 year old can do whatever they want. You are an adult now CONGRATS!!

Yes, both are adults and can date/marry.

If you are moving on your own then you have to be an adult in the country you want to move to. Generally this is between 18 and 25

it depends.... if the relationship is between a 10 and a 18 year old than no.... but if it is 18 and a 25 year old then it is a different matter

You're both over the age of 18 you can do whatever it is you want

If your policy specifically states that the driver must be over 25, then obviously an 18 year old is not 25 and would not be a covered driver.

Assuming you mean consenting sexual acts between an 18 yr old and a 25 yr old- both are legally adults, and the law does not address sex between consenting adults.

Technically, you don't have a "guardian" after age 18, so at 25, one can move out. You are your own adult. This would depend on why you live in a group home at 25. There are many medical and mental conditions where the guardians get a court order to prolong their guardianship. If that is what your parents have they decide if you are allowed to move or not.

ummmmmm..... I dont think so i think you have to be 18 before you can legally be married.

Not sexually since the age of consent is 18 in Arizona.

No. The age of consent is usually 16 and the difference in age is enough to make this a criminal.

Any 18 year old is an adult, and needs no consent to anything as he/she is legal for everything but drinking (21) and renting cars (25).

It's not normal at all, wait until she turns 18.

Not only would I but I did and I married one. Actually I was 23 and she was 18.

No, not at all. This is a normal thing. If he is a year older than you, its fine. Now if he was 25, it'd be a different story.

sure, it shouldn't matter who you date or how old they are as long as yall are both happy and both mature adults

no. you have to be at least 18 to date anyone who is 18 and older,in most states the rules remain the same, especially if its over populated.

The age of consent in Delaware is 18. However, close in age laws allow for 16- and 17-year olds to consent with adults up to age 30. As a result, a 25-year old and a 17-year old in a relationship is legal in Delaware.

* At 17 the person is considered a minor in most States and unless they have written permission by one or both parents to marry the 25 year old and you persist on getting married your parents can charge the 25 year old with Statutory Rape (having sex with a minor.) So better keep it a secret and wait until she/he is 18.
