Please refer to the New York Revised Code for the specifics of this question. You can find it on-line. However, most states recognize the female/male age of consent at 16. There is a clause however, in some states, ...the age of consent is either a) 16 years of age and/or b) a four year difference of age....i.e., 14/18; 15/19...etc... If parents are opposed to the union, you would be well advised to check the statutes for yourself due to the consequences of a possible prison term and/or being "marked" as a Sexual Preditor.
yes but a 17 year old cant date a 15 year old...oh and by the way did you know that a postman can't tie a giraffe to a lampost on Broadway before the sun comes up on Sunday...who knew?
As far as legal goes I am not sure but from my understanding it is either 3 or 4 years age difference or if the parent is okay with it.
I think so it's not that fat apart in age so it should be alright
