Depends on where you live, every state have different laws. If you are pregnant and do not have parental consent, there are some states that will allow you to marry but you will need the courts consent and just being pregnant is not something they usually find a serious reason enough to marry at 15. But what you probably need to be more concerned with is that this man could potentially be facing statutory rape charges. Marriage does not protect him from that.

In many states and countries it is 16, so he might be in trouble (statutory rape in the US?), but you should find out the age of consent in your state.
