If you can put the transfer case into neutral (which you need either a manual transfer case or the four button electronic case), yes. Otherwise, the only way you can without damaging the driveline is to either have a manual transmission or remove the driveshafts.
ya!! just make sure the thing is in 2wd, lash the driver wheel and tow away...
Only Non-awd vehicles with manual transmissions, 4x4 needs to have a neutral selection for the transfer case. If it is a RWD automatic you must disconnect the driveshaft to prevent transmission damage. I have heard the Saturn Vue can be flat towed.
remove both front and rear driveshafts or if your 4x4 shifter has a neutral position put the transfer case in neutral and transmission in neutral and it should be fine if no neutral is presant in the 4x4 selection remove drive shafts.
gears?
Yes, switch the transfer case to neutral.
check the fuse
The Owner Guide shows with a 4x4 that all 4 wheels have to be off the ground ( I assume that applies with manual and automatic transmissions ) Use either a wheel lift tow truck with dollys , or a flat bed truck

No. The Yukon Denali's AWD setup is not provisioned to lubricate the driveline components while towing. It must be towed with ALL wheels off the ground, such as on a flat trailer. There is a driveline disconnect that can be installed on the vehicle to make flat towing possible; however the aftermarket equipment will void GM's warranty.
