NO! Absolutely not. UNLESS you disconnect the drive shaft OR, make sure ALL four wheels are off the ground! Re: Owners Manual 2002 S-10!! I found the answer to my own question and therefore wanted to post it here for anyone else with a similar dilemma !! CapnHarley
Yes.
Yes you can, but if you do not unhook the drive shaft you will log all the miles traveled, other wise there is no harm in towing the pick-up like this, Tom.
Yes. You are still, however, responsible for securing any cargo in the bed of that pickup.
It is not advisable to tow a full size pickup (or any other rear wheel drive vehicle) behind a motorhome, unless all 4 wheels are on a dolly. This can be acomplished though by a drive-shaft disconnect. These are quite expensive.
They are normally located either behind the glove box or under it somewhere.
Yes.
not possible
You can, but I would strongly recommend against it. The risks just aren't worth the few extra minutes to disconnect it.
A lifted two wheel drive pickup
Yes.
You did not have to apply the brake on a 91 model to shift it. There's nothing wrong.
pull the tire,then caliper,then 4wd hub,the bearings are behind the 4wd hub.
