If you are talking about a fish-shaped flash (USB) drive, it works the same as other USB drives... plug it into the usb port on your computer, save what you want to take to another computer on that drive, and then when you plug it into the USB port on another computer, you will be able to access those things that you saved on the drive.
IF the USB port works - connect it to a computer... If the USB port DOESN'T work... you'll have to take it to a repair shop - where they'll be able to extract the info.
