There is no easy way to do this. The 3DS does not have a video-out port, so there is no way to connect 3DS to a TV to display its video on the screen. Instead, you need a capture card, and this card must be installed inside the 3DS, spliced into the circuitry, with a hole cut in the case for its USB port. This port can then be connected to a monitor to stream the 3DS's video data.
No it cannot. Only the audio can
You can't watch TV on your 3DS.
Not at The Moment But Later In November (I Think) The 3DS Will Get An Update Featuring Hulu Plus Which Lets You Watch Movies & TV Shows.
You cant really compare it, as Nintendo 3DS is hand held and PS3 is used on TV, but the Nintendo 3DS is 3D, I've Played on a Nintendo 3DS its amazing the 3D, I've played on a PS3 the HD was amazing. really its down to personal opinion, personally i Like the Nintendo 3DS more.
Likely not.
Well, this depends. If you want to do mobile gaming you should go with a 3DS. If you want to play on a TV or monitor then go with the Xbox.

the charging cradle is just for more comfortable charging you don't need it for charging but its more safe and much more comfortable, and if you mean while the 3ds charging yes the cradle need to be plugged in with the charger so he can get electricity.
That depends on your TV. The PS3 for my HDTV has to be on an HDMI input that it is plugged into and not a channel. Then I added a Home theater and now it is plugged into that and the Home Theater HDMI is plugged into the HDTV HDMI input. Some TVs use 3 and others can use 99 or 98 others use aux setting
Do you have it plugged into the HD part of your tv
It gets plugged in.
It can be plugged into a video recorder or DVR (depending on the kind of camera) but there has to be something to receive the signal.
Is it plugged in? (plug it in) Does anything else work if plugged in to the same outlet? (check the fuse) Have you lost the remote? (get up and push the power button)
