From your question it sounds like you have a dead line to get in to a bridesmaid's dress or such.

In that case, it's the look not the weight that is your problem. Assuming you are healthy, you would be better served with packing on the exercise than starving yourself. A tightened up 175lb will look a lot better than a loose 150lb any day.

Do you have an activity? Well, get one! Just think, you are one of the people that aren't lucky enough to be one of those people that eat all they want and never gain weight! So think about that person that teases you when you are in better shape than them!!
