Is the T-bird a rear wheel drive? If so yes, but you may have to match up the proper bell housing or you may need a different transmission. Look at the bolt pattern on the rear of both engines and see if they match the other car's bell housing. You may have to do a little swapping to get a match. Look at the transmission mounts also. If not you will have to set up a crossmember that fits. That may be as simple as drilling a few holes and relocating the Crown Vic crossmember to accommodate the transmission. Finally it has to match up with driveshaft. That probably means you are stuck with the Crown Vic transmission. Look at all the possibilities. Be creative. Take your time.
