While it would vary from school to school, the basic credentials would be an associates or bachelor degree in teaching with a specialization in online courses. There seems to be more need for teachers online as more course are offered that way.

to remove the spindle and four bolts hold the bearing assembly to the "A" frame. remove the wheel, remove the control arm, remove the lower "A" frame , and remove the CV axle. then you will have acess to the 4 bolts that hold the bearing assembly. you will have to buy the whole assembly.
If you are referring to the Chevy Venture, it is relatively easy. Just remove the 3 wing-nuts that hold the assembly secure, and then pull the headlamp assembly out. I have a link that shows how to do this, with actual pictures.
