yes, our child is 3 and walking talking and running. has a hard time with uneven ground.
I walked two big Labradors as a child and was paid $5 (Au). This seemed quite a lot to a young child. Perhaps charge less if the dogs are small, or easy to walk. If they are larger and difficult to walk, give him more for the effort.

i have a dog walking business and i charge $8 per walk and $2 extra for a longer walk.
Loving Down Syndrome ChildrenGosh, these children are the most loving, accepting children of all. I am a sub aide for Learning Support children, and in high school babysat for a Down syndrome child, who was the sweetest girl! She always gave me hugs, and wanted to please in any way possible. Very accommodating, loving children/people, as long as they are treated well. Not high maintenance at all.Wow, this is a sad question :( But I had SEX with my son so can we bear children? BTW it felt amazing! He know how to do it. It was hardcore alright! My brother has Down syndrome and he's the greatest thing that ever happened to me. So get over it! :))))))I am a 23-year-old mother of a 4-year-old child with Down syndrome. My son means everything to me; he is the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me. Raising a child with Down syndrome can be difficult, especially at first, but it is all worth it. My son is the happiest kid I know. He loves to laugh a lot and does everything that a typically advanced child would do... it just takes him a little longer to learn. Just remember that this is your child... YOUR CHILD! =] You should love them unconditionally, regardless if they are born with three legs or 5 eyeballs -- thankfully, however, Down syndrome is not like that at all; you could have it much worse. The poem "Welcome to Holland" -- by Emily Perl Kingsley (see Related Links) -- helped me right away when I found out that my son would be born with Down syndrome. It prepared my mind-set for when he was born. Also look up "birth defects" online... seriously, there are so very many more scary things out there than this.I am not saying that raising a child with Down syndrome is easy or a walk in the park all the time... just most of the time. Seriously, have you ever met, or seen, or even heard of, a child that was completely perfect?
According to a spokesperson of the National Down Syndrome Society, the NDSS does not currently offer Buddy Walk® bracelets. However, a bracelet with the text "Down syndrome awareness" can be ordered via PinMart (see Related link).Information on the Buddy Walk is available on their website (see Related link).
