What is the protocol for a Roman catholic and a Episcopalian to get married?

As a Catholic, you cannot be validly married anywhere else besides a Roman Catholic church. If you get permission from your Episcopalian Bishop, the Episcopal Church will recognize your marriage in a Roman Catholic church.

Does the Catholic Church recognize a marriage between divorced people one never married in a Catholic Church and one previously married in a Catholic church but not a Catholic?

No. The person who was previously married would need to try to receive a declaration of nullity from the Catholic Church. If the other person is Catholic and attempted to marry outside of the Church without dispensation then that marriage was in and of itself invalid due to lack of canonical form and does not need a declaration of nullity from a tribunal. So in a jist, as long as the divorced Catholic, who never received dispensation from canonical form (i.e. a Catholic priest or deacon receiving the consent who has jurisdiction or permission and two witnesses) was never married in the Catholic Church, then they were never validly married and is free to contract marriage. But this must be done in the Catholic Church unless they get dispensation from canonical form from the Local Ordinary. The non-Catholic is NOT free to marry due to the prior bond that is presumed valid. Their marriage must be investigated and declared null by the competent tribunal for that person to be able to marry. I would highly recommend contacting the chancery of the diocese that you live in to get this process started as this current marriage is invalid.

Can Catholic women take Communion after she marries?

As long as she is married under canonical laws--the laws of the Catholic Church--absolutely. If she is married outside the Catholic Church, she may worship and receive a blessing at each Mass, but not receive Holy Communion unless her marriage has been validated by the Church. Without knowing further information, there are ways for her to have her marriage validated...she should speak to her Priest for further guidance.

Do priests have to be present at a Catholic wedding?

Church law requires Catholics to be married in the presence of a priest and two witnesses in order for the marriage to be valid. This is called "the canonical form of marriage". Catholics may receive a dispensation from their bishop from the canonical form. Without the dispensation, a marriage in any other form for Catholics would be considered invalid under Church law.

You are Catholic your husband is not your first husband died you were married in the Catholic church you remarried again but not in the church you did divorce remarried are you still Catholic?

Are you still Catholic? Yes. Your marriage outside of the Catholic Church was invalid due to lack of canonical form unless you defected from the Church by a formal act prior to it, which you probably didn't. You should go to confession as soon as possible and confess this as it is a grave sin for a Catholic to get married outside of the Church. Luckily you are no longer living in the invalid marriage as you stated that you have divorced him, so this will make reconciliation with the Church much easier for you. Also you need to contact your local marriage tribunal in your diocese and try to get a decree of nullity if you plan on getting married in the future.
