No, it's not possible, because they are not sexually mature. A girl cannot become pregnant until she reaches puberty, and has a period. Babies have not reached puberty (sexual maturity). It would

also be terrible if it happened. No baby/infant, toddler, child, or young teenager is old enough to consent to sexual intercourse, and any such activity would cause physical trauma bad enough to cause death.
The baby does not produce the female hormone, estrogen, or start producing eggs until about the age of 9-14 years old.
No a fetus cannot become pregnant.

However, in the case of multiple births, when one fetus dies in utereo (in the uterus) the second fetus can possibly grow 'around' the deceased fetus so it is within the living fetus. BUT this is NOT pregnancy.
