Yes, dromedary camel fossils have been found in cold climates. Their feet are also useful to walk in sand and snow. They can survive long without food or water due to fat being stored in their humps and some even have thick fur which keeps them warm during cold nights. They also have two rows of eyelashes which stop sand and possibly also snow from falling into their eyes. They have strong legs so they can keep walking for a long time so have a better chance in finding food. Their nostrils can also be closed, meaning they can stop losing heat through their nostrils and also keep out snow. They are well adapted for the desert but also for tundra.
