Yes- a load test can check to see if the battery has failed, or is just discharged. Soemtimes the battery is still good, but the charging system (alternator, drive belts, cables, voltage regulator) may be bad. Most shops, and many auto parts stores have a load test meter and will check the battery free for you.
Have the alternator tested.
Dead cell in the battery or something is on pulling power from the battery. Have the battery tested at any auto parts store.
It may be defected,if not it should be ur alternator.get it tested
Have it load tested by a shop, most parts stores will load test your battery and alternator for free.
That light doesn't mean that your battery needs to be replaced. It means that your battery is not being charged while the car is running. Have your alternator tested.
Yes, A car battery can have enough charge to turn on car electrical components but not start the car. This is not much of an indication of a bad battery however. Use a volt meter to test the power in the battery. If the battery seems low put it on a trickle charge. Most modern chargers will tell you if your battery is bad or not. The battery also has to be load tested to determine if it's good or not.
Do the headlamps work while cranking the starter? If not focus on your battery and cables. Jump start the car and have the system tested before you throw more dollar bills at this problem; it could be the alternator but have it tested first.
check the starter motor.
If the battery has a defective cell it might not allow the car to start with a charger. Have the battery tested.

If there is no fluid in the battery, it is probably wasted by now. Best thing is to take it to an auto parts store and have it tested.
