Are you serious with this question? No, the registered "Keeper" owner will get the bills in the mail or online. First, why would you want to insure a car twice and pay twice the bills for the same vehicle? Second, unless you own the car I doubt if you can insure it. You can pay the insurance bill if you wish but unless the car is registered in your name the bills and responsibility will go to the registered owner. Now it is NOT a good idea to provide insurance on anybodys vehicles except your own or/and your spouses.
I am now insured on 2 cars as the main driver. My car I am the registered owner and keeper and have 12 years no claims bonus. On the second car I am not the legal owner or registered keeper and as my 12 years are on the other car I have 0 no claims on this one. The insurers are different. What will happen to my 12 years no claims on my car if I have an accident in the car that has 0?
Not too sure... Admiral MultiCar? or similar? Both might need to have the same registered keeper.

If he is the registered keeper and owner of the bike that makes things more difficult, although if he signs over the documents to say that you are the registered keeper of the bike then the insurance company should be fine with it, and by endorsements o you mean from previous insurers and not an endorsed license with points?
It means you are signing over your child to the government so then you become the registered keeper the same as you register your car you are the registered keeper not the owner if you don't do things there way they take the child because they own your child you are only the keeper remember you informed
One can get a tax disc for their vehicle by purchasing one online. As long as one is the registered keeper of the vehicle, the DVLA has the owner's information, the vehicle is insured, and one has a registration certificate, one can get a tax disc for their vehicle online.
Yes, it is. It usually refers to a person who is in charge of some important thing, as in 'Keeper of Records' for an agency, or 'keeper of the flame'. Commonly it might be used as 'he's [or she's] a keeper', meaning a person who is worth knowing and developing a relationship with. If the latter use is not yet accepted as standard, it will be eventually.

Police and driver agencies can certainly ascertain who the last registered keeper of the vehicle was and their address.
