If you don't properly park a car on a hill it can, but it's not all of a sudden just gonna
start up and smash into the car in front of it.
Rubber band car
oil does not make your car move, it reduces friction in the moving parts in order to keep your car from tearing itself apart
A slot car toy is an automatic toy car and can move by itself and a regular toy car you move yourself. The only difference is they can speed on their own!

It really shouldn't Move at all
The Pacer had no equivalent, it was in a class all by itself
Light is faster because speed does not move. Speed is a measure of the rate of movement but, in itself, it does not move - at all!
A car panel cannot move at all unless it is connected to a car.
The DNA code that can move itself into the cytoplasm is ribosomes.
Some robots don't move such as those in a car factory. All rovers move. All rovers are robots.
there are 2 ways this is possible, 1) the person who created the mesh for the car can include driving animations, often activated with trigger words, so the car itself is made with its own driving animation 2) certain rooms have animated nodes, that will enable any furniture item to move when placed on that node, in a pattern that node is programed to move. You can place the car on these nodes to make them appear to move. IMVU has several racing rooms with these animated nodes, where multiple cars can move together.
It all depends on the actual car itself and how you take care of your car. I recommend that you refer to your service manual for more details.
