No, but cats can see in very dim light, light in which their prey can not see very well, if at all.
i was told that cat reflect any dim light around to see batter
They have special eyes that reflect off of any light which makes them see at night.
No because in order to see anything light has to be reflected off of it. If it is pitch black no light is there to be reflected off the white cat.
Inside a cat's eye is dark, and it's always difficult to see in the dark; with a special flashlight you can see the inside of a cat's eye, just as the doctor uses a special flashlight to examine the inside of your eye. But if a cat is looking at you, and there is light behind you, you will see that the cat's eyes seem to glow; this is because there is a reflective layer behind the cat's retina. The light that you see coming from the cat's eyes is the light from behind you that has entered the cat's eye, been reflected off the back of it, and come back out so you can see it.
It may see a light reflection off of anything that can be reflected off of the light coming out of your window and so on.
Yes, you can see light.
If you love cats! :)
Cats have large eyes to help them see. They have horrible vision so they have to have more color glands in their eyes. These color glands are blue, red, green, black, and white. They larger the eye, the more color glands, the better vision.
see in low light conditions, detect movement with precision, and have excellent depth perception.
Cat Island Light was created in 1831.
Cats can see even with very little light, but not if it is totally dark. I guess it's something to do with the shape of the pupils of their eyes.
It's the reflection of the light off of the rods in the back of the eye. Humans have the same rods, they just do not have as many, which doesn't allow for the reflection. And due to the reflection of the light, the cat is able to see in the dark.
