If you mean affected and becoming gay, no they can not. It's not something contagious or something you teach or can influence someone to be. You are either born that way or not. The way the child will be affected is by getting parents who wants and love that child a lot. Children raised by gay couples also have shown to be more open minded, less likely to be bullies and more likely to stop harassment in school.
