While it is true that in Indiana you cannot vote while you are imprisoned, once you are released from prison and have registered in time for the next election, you have just as much right to vote as any other registered voter. Are you referring to Social Security rental assistance?? I've heard of SSDI but never heard of a rental assistance program.
