If it was included in your bankruptcy they should not be showing it as late. White them a letter explaining the problem and give a copy to the credit bureau.

After a chapter 7 bankruptcy can mortgages report late payments?

Yes, late payments on mortgages can be reported. The chapter 7 discharges all unsecured debts, except for student loans, child support and certain taxes, and any balance due on secured debt after the collateral has been surrendered and sold. If you reaffirmed the mortgage and failed to make payments during or after the chapter 7, that can be reported. Late payments can also be reported. Many states prevent penalties for late payments if the payment is made within a certain number of days, but they can still be reported as late if not made on or before the due date.

How do you get a creditor to withdraw late payment reports that occured after you filed BK if the creditor claims they can continue to report this?

If the account with the late payments was discharged in the bankruptcy, that account needs to have all information removed except for the "discharged in bankruptcy" (or similar) statement. Once the account is discharged, continuing to show late payments is like hitting the consumer twice. Send the original creditor copies of the pertinent pages from your bankruptcy papers, copies of your id, ss card and a letter requesting that they change the way the account is being reported to the bureaus. Concurrently, write the bureaus and request the same changes. If you are not successful, you may have to file suit to have the information shown accurately.

If a mortgage payment is 20 days late will that be reported to the credit bureaus?

Generally, late payments over 30 days late are reported to a credit reporting agency. After that, late mortgage payments can become "missed" mortgage payments. And missed payments can affect your credit score in a negative way. However, your exact late payment will depend on how your specific mortgage lender reports payments to the credit bureaus.

Can delinquent membership dues in a timeshare be reported to a credit agency?

Any debt CAN be reported to the credit bureaus. What you need to find out is whether or not these dues WILL be reported. Credit reporting is totally volunatary. There is no law or regulation which compels it. Existing laws only state that if something is reported, then it must be accurate. It is possible, but unlikely, that a timeshare company reports. Delinquent dues may be turned over to a collection agency. A CA is more likely to report their accounts. What I know is that any debt can be reported to a credit agency. I don't know if this is the case of delinquent membership dues. Yes, it can be reported to a credit agency as delinquent membership dues can be treated like debts.

Is there anyway to get free runescape membership?

Not really; membership is a priviledge for paying members. In exceptional cases, players get a membership as a prize, for example. However, if a players offers you a membership for free, in public or private chat, then it is undoubtedly a scam, and the player should immediately be reported.
