Yes, there is nothing wrong with that. If it was say, uncle and niece that would be weird but dad and daughter have a better relationship and are closer.

This sort of situation is outside of what our culture (and most others) consider proper behavior for father and daughter. However, they are both of age and it is their choice. Intervention might be considered if the daughter seems to be forced into the situation.
