I never raised mice myself, but I remember something facinating I learned at a local pet store years ago. I went into their bathroom and I saw a nursing mouse with different sized pups, so I asked the people at the pet store about it. The lady there explained that mice will nurse other mother mouse pups. However, I'm not sure how the people in the store introduced the pups to this mother mouse that weren't her own. I'm not sure what the safe method is for doing this.
because it is ready to have a baby if it gets near a boy mouse
YES
That depends somewhat on your attitude towards baby mice.
When a baby mouse is six days old, its markings and colours are much more clear. This is also the day you'll begin to see the teats of the female mouse.
A baby mouse is called a pup or a pinkie.
no. the mother mouse would only kill its baby if it was dead or sick! if the others are healthy she will not kill them.
Generally no. Mice and rats are different species, and natural enimies. It would be instinct for her to kill the mouse. As with all pets, it is possible for her to behave completely different than her breed standard. I suggest putting the mouse in a wire cage and letting the rat come up to check it out. They can smell each other through the bars, and the mouse will be safe. You can judge how she will react to the mouse this way, and decide if you think they will get along.

A baby rat is more likely to be a dark colour when it is newborn, but a baby mouse is pink.
