Not if they are working in a hospital. A private practitioner may turn someone away, but never someone in a hospital.
Also, a private practitioner may not turn someone away due to inability to pay if the person is in a life-threatening situation or a medical emergency, such as a person in respiratory arrest (not breathing), experiencing a seizure, or who just suffered a stroke. They must either assist/treat the patient until they are considered "stable" (at which point they could then go obtain help elsewhere) or get them help from someone else, but if no one else is there and they must wait, in the meantime they must do whatever necessary to try to keep them alive or get them relatively stable.
Yes the doctor can do this if he/she feels the medication is no longer needed, or that it may cause a patient harm.
If a patient is found to have critical vital signs, a doctor will need to evaluate the patient right away. They may be in a health crisis and need immediate help in the form of treatment or medication.
A client consent form is a document that a patient signs before surgery or treatment of an illness. It basically says that the patient is away of problems that might happen and they agree to let the doctor do the surgery or treatment.

A medical surgical nurse usually helps the doctor by prepping the patient for surgery. They also assist during the operation by handing tools to the doctor and keeping the patient comfortable. They also assist after the surgery in helping the patient to recovery.
Take all the medication the doctor prescribed. The length of time does not affect the dosage of the medication.
they didnt take her away she was kidnapped on the show
Unfortunately, it is legal for a doctor to charge someone for an appointment even if they didn't show. This is because the missed appointment takes time and money away from the firm. Time: because they have to make follow up calls and reschedule the appointment. And Money: because they could have had another patient during your missed appointment. Since it has become common for people to miss their appointments it has become more common for doctors to charge anyway. You should reschedule the appointment a few days beforehand to give them time to find another patient for the alloted time.
An apple a day is supposed to keep the doctor away.
