What does the weather have to be like to grow flour?

Well, first of all, you don't grow flour. You grow wheat, corn, oats, etc, which is dried and then ground into flour, but there isn't a 'flour' plant that I'm aware of otherwise. No child left behind........

Will a rotten plant grow in sun light again?

A plant that is rotted is usually that way due to to much water. Take the plant out of the water logged dirt and replant it. Do not water it for several day allowing it to dry out some. Depending on how badly the plant is rotted, it may live and begin to thrive again.

How does the sun help the plant grow?

The vitimun D in the suns rays help plants grow. The almost constant rays make them grow faster. For instants take a potted plant in the house for a day and it wont grow. Measure it and put it outside for that day and measure it again the next day.Almost always it has grown some, if it has'nt leave it out a nother day and measure again.

If their is a purple plant and a green plant which plant will grow faster and why?

I'd think purple because it is a darker colour therefore it absorbs more light, but then again you don't see many tall purple plants...

Can I grow a parsley plant from dried parsley flakes?

No,the parsley that is dried comes from the leaves of the plant, but you need the seeds to grow new plants. The seed stalk comes up above the plant in an umbrella shape.Commercial parsley would never be allowed to grow to this stage anyway,so it would be impossible to grow new plants from any parsley leaves, dried or fresh.

Will new plants grow from the seed pods and do they have to be dried to grow or do they just fall off and replant themselves?

Plant seeds do not need to be dried to grow in the ground, but if they do fall off they probably will grow well if they get enough sunlight and water; just like any other plant! we need food to live and plants need water and sunlight to live!
