One of the most basic laws of physics is that no energy is lost or gained. Therefore, it is impossible to create endless energy as energy is always being lost through heat and light and therefore eventually the energy in the dynamo would be lost to external surroundings.

Hope that helped :)

How does the dynamo changes mechanical energy to electrical energy?

A dynamo uses Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. When the dynamo rotates, it produces a changing magnetic field that induces a current in a wire coil, creating electrical energy. This process relies on the principles of electromagnetic induction to generate electricity from mechanical motion.
