Generally, if no orders are yet in place and he is determined to be the child's father he will be entitled to a visitation schedule and he will be required to pay child support. They are separate matters but both can be ordered at the same time.

Does the father have a right to see his child if he pays csa?

Child support and visitation are two separate issues. The father has the right to request a visitation schedule with his child. Visitation is not dependent on paying child support.

Can the noncustodial parent receive child support money back if not receiving visitation?

No, child support is calculated based on physical custody, which is different than visitation time. If you are not receiving your court-ordered visitation, contact your local Department of Human Services and let them know. However, you must still pay your court-ordered child support.

If the father of a child gets married and owes back child support can the spouse be obligated to pay his back child support in CA?

An unmarried father cannot "choose" to not pay child support. The laws in every state require that a father pay for the support of his child. The mother must bring an action to the appropriate court so that a child support order can be established. Visitation rights are separate and a father can have visitation rights established by the court. Visitation rights are not dependent on paying child support.

Can your mother get back child support from your father who was ordered to pay but never did even if you recently turned 18?

Provided that she actually never received it, than there's no statute of limitation on enforcing a violation of court ordered child support like there is on court ordered visitation rights. see link below

No. Only the custodial parent get child support and not returning the child is kidnapping.

How can I stop paying child support for a child that Ive never seen and doesnt know me When the mother will not allow me to be part of child's life?

Child support and visitation are separate matters. If you do not have court-ordered visitation rights, get them. If you do, go back to court to enforce them - the law is taking an increasingly dim view of custodial parents who deny court-ordered visitation.

Can the father of the child be ordered to quit school to support his child?

no

Would it be best to not seek child support for fear of the narcissistic father seeking visitation for the infant child you strongly believe he molested?

Child support and visitation are separate issues. The non-payment of support would not prohibit a biological parent from being granted visitation rights. Any suspected abuse of a child should be reported to the state family and children's services (child protective services) to be investigated. If the investigation finds that abuse did occur or there is a possibility of it occurring, a judge can deny visitation or order court supervised visitation. Child support can be ordered by the court with or without visitation rights being granted to the non-custodial parent.

If there is DNA and the father is ordered to pay child support and is behind does he have the right to visit the child if there is no court order to do so?

Yes. Visitation cannot be denied because of lack of payment of child support. The child support still needs to be paid because there could be jail time involved if there is too much owed and late. BUT, you cannot use visitation priveledges as retribution because (its the law, and) the visitation is for the children, not yourself. The child support is there to assist in the expences of raising children.

In North Carolina when a father has no visitation does he still have to pay child support?

yes if the court orders you to pay child support the court also tells you whether or not you have visitation rights as well so if your advised to pay child support by law and the tell you that you have no visitation then your obligated to pay child support
