It is legal to move on and have other relationships after the divorce. She is not doing anything wrong. You will probably also meet someone one day. Until then, none of you can dictate to the other who the child is allowed to see when with the other parent. So no, the court will not give you full custody based on her new relationship.

If a boyfriend leaves his pregnant girlfriend could he get custody of the baby?

As unfortunate as this may be it is possible for the father to get custody of the baby, but not full custody unless the mother is proven unfit. Because reguardless of what happened between the couple the father is still the father of the child, and the father still has his rights as a father to be a part of his child's life.

If a mother with a child enters rehab to fix her problems can the father get full custody where they already have joint custody?

It really depends. I think that the mother and father should have full custody. I say this because the mother is doing this to get better, for the benefit of her kids. Some might argue that she should not have custody because why would she had to go to rehab in the first place. It really depends. I think that the mother and father should have full custody. Can the father take custody away from the mother just because she moved to another town?

In most cases, no. A change in custody is usually only required when the child's health, safety, or welfare is in jeopardy. So unless the mother moved to someplace like Kabul or northern Japan, she will retain custody.
