I believe that if you wanted to carry alcohol on a plane it would need to be in "Shooter" form in per-packaged and sealed one ounce portions and sealed in no larger than a one quart clear plastic zip top bag. Also, any alcohol over 140 proof (70%) alcohol is considered a flammable substance and is forbidden under all circumstances so no 151 on the plane. The fact that you are a felon would not affect this because unless you tell them nobody will know that you are unless for some reason you are required to tell them. If that is the case I do not know if special rules apply to that situation. When in doubt contact the TSA and or the Airline you are flying with. Good Luck
