Challenging yes, but not likely impossible. The best solution is to start with a good OB/GYN. Bring all your questions, and be prepared for a few tests. If you might need additional help, your OB/GYN might refer you to a Reproductive Endocrinologist. An RE specializes in helping patients get pregnant, and usually they have seen it all.
