Well, look around. You are in 'air', the most natural gas, though not visible but you can feel it when it moves around you, that's called wind.

Do really you think that if it would keep it shape or form, that you could feel the wind blow from every direction? How can wind come from another side, come around the corner of that big building? Would that be possible if it were as 'fixed' as concrete?
