Yes. None of the jurisdictions in the United States that permit same-sex marriage have a citizenship requirement for the marriage license. The couple must appear in person to apply for the license and show identification sufficient to satisfy the issuing authority. That ID can certainly be a foreign passport. Tourists frequently marry in foreign cities. The clerk will not examine the entire passport to see if there is a valid U.S. Visa and, even if he/she did, the absence of legal Immigration status does not justify denial of the license.
Yes. There is no citizenship requirement or screening for marriage in the United States. If you are a gay man, you can marry a male illegal alien in any state where same-sex marriage is legal.
marry an alien...............u die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is the Canadian citizen also an American citizen or holds citizenship. if so then yes if not then. Technically no. This is because neither party holds a current American citizenship. If the Illegal alien was to marry upon Canadian territory then apply for american citizenship or Visa. But other wise legally no. However they should check.
Yes, a US citizen can marry an illegal alien whose Visa has expired in San Francisco. The illegal will still have to renew their Visa to stay in the US.
Yes, a US citizen can marry the illegal alien in any state but must file for spouses residency as soon as they are married.
I think so and if you can I'd marry EMINEM
yea...its called cheating
sure whynot
No, since Aliens aren't allowed in U.S, no you cannot be asociated with that alien really, but it's not a law.
You can marry a person who is here illegally anytime in every state. At this time there are no laws forbidding one to marry someone like that.
I am not immigration lawyer or anything like that. But I believe that if it is very hard for a US citizen to marry an illegal alien in the US (because of all the paperwork and time that it takes and the legth of time, one year or more. Often the illegal alien will HAVE to go back to their country and start the paperwork process from there). That's why it seems to me that it would be even more difficult for a permanent resident alien to marry an illegal alien, but perhaps not imposible-- perhaps. That is assuming that you are a permanet resident alien of the US or have a similar visa.
You can, but it wouldn't be advisable. The illegal alien can be deported at any time. It may even be impossible for them to get back to the US.
I don't think this is a good question to answer!!!
