No

No

No, on the pony friends game for Nintendo ds horses cannot breed and foals can not be obtained-but friendships can be formed.

A horse is a type of animal. A stallion is a male horse that can be used for breeding, a mare is a female horse, a foal is a baby horse, a colt is a male baby horse, a filly is a female baby horse, a gelding is a castrated male horse, and a yearling is a young horse.

yes

just because they are horses doesnt mean they don't get along.

but sometimes it might just be that the horse/pony is bad tempered not every horse will like each other. especially if they are new to the pack the others will think they are the boss and bully the new 1 a bit but they will get used to it.

to start with try putting them in separate field so they can meet over a fence without hurting them.

Yes! It is possible for a horse and a pony to mate, but you must consider the size of the animals before allowing them to mate and in some cases it isn't practicable (not recommended). A 'Shetland Pony' and other miniature horses are shorter than a normal horse and it would be life threatening for the pony to mate with a horse.

If you have a horse and a pony and are considering them to mate, I would check with a veterinarian first, so that you are fully aware of the complications that would arise between the two breeds.

Yes, you can mate a pony and a horse. It is usually not recommended to breed a male horse to a female pony. If there is a significant size difference between the two horses, it is possible that the foal may grow larger than the pony mare can manage and she may die during child birth.

If you do breed a male horse to a female pony, it is common practice for the mare to be artificially inseminated (the semen from the stallion is collected and placed by a person inside the mare). This will prevent the stallion from damaging the mare's insides.

Breeding a pony stallion to a larger mare though is perfectly fine. Managing to do so though is a completely different story. Usually, handlers who wish to breed ponies with mares will dig a sort of trench where they can stand the mare so that the stallion is at a higher vantage point and therefore can breed.

A pony mare or stallion can produce a foal that is horse sized at maturity. Often these animals are just over 15 hands but there are occasional examples of much larger foals produced.
