No, it is physically impossible. They can however have twins but as with large animals, it is exceedingly rare and poses many risks.

Actually it is possible but extremely rare. If the mare does have triplets they most likely wont survive or will not be very healthy.

No, even twin births are uncommon in horses and rarely will both survive. More often than not both foals are stillborn or die shortly after birth. Foals are so big that there simply is not room for multiple fetuses in the uterus.

Yes a horse can have "twins". But the Foals have a higher risk of death when born as twins.
