The thermostat is located behind the water neck. Follow your lower radiator hose up to the block. It will be just below the intake manifold on the front of the engine. The water neck has three 10mm bolts that hold it on. Place a catch pan under the engine and loosen the hose clamp and remove the hose from the water neck. Then remove the three bolts and the water neck and there it is.
