Yes A human can eat a dog. I have eaten one before but I swear I didn't know. I thought I was just a sick joke and Im a fat kid that's everything so the answer is yes. Mostly in Asia where everyone starves and has to eat something.

Dog is a picky eater why?

Dogs are picky eaters caused by their owners. If owners are giving the dogs food and scraps from the table, it causes the dog to get used to the human food. Obviously, human food tastes way better than dog food. The dog will not eat its own food anymore unless you mix it with human food. If your dog chooses not to eat, it doesn't eat. Leave the food out and when they get hungry enough, they'll just eat their own plain food.
