If you mean with a permit, then no. I believe all states requires underage drivers with permits to have a licensed driver in the car which they [the underage driver] are driving.

If it is a permit , the restrictions should be printed somewhere on the permit otherwise constant the Department of Motor Vehicles before driving 9 pm.

it depends on the state. Generally since you are 18, you have no restrictions on your license, new driver or not. Double check with your own state laws, but I'd bet that, yes you can drive past 11 pm

es you can but only with an adult who has a full licence. You can drive at any time with an accompanying adult.
