Can a little boy act like a girl and like to wear girls clothes and underwear?

Lots of boys (and men) like to wear items of girls clothes. Athough some boys would make fun of you if they knew (some narrow minded and stupid boys will always pick on anyone different from themselves). I would suggest though that you try and buy some new girls clothes for yourself. There are two main reasons for this. 1) There are always health issues involved in wearing someone elses clothes (you could catch an infection such as an STD). 2) If you "borrow" items of girls clothing without asking permission it is called theft and you'd have to explain what you were doing to the police and your parents if you were caught.

It's not wrong at all, it's a bit unusual but not wrong. Go with the flow and do what you feel most comfortable with and don't worry about what other people may tell you.

It depends on various things such as blood and hormone levels go get your blood tested for chromosomal characteristics. The crossdressing may come from within the family not neccessarily the immediate, most likely the distant family. And you see a bunch of girls wearing boys clothes and people don't question them, but why do they question boys who wear girls clothes. Men or boys who are secured in their masculinity are not afraid to wear the opposites sex clothes. Men or boys who are afraid to accept crossdressers,transgender, and transsexual are insecured in their masculinity. Once they accept those kinds of people the world would be a much better place. The people who causes hate crimes most men are insecure about their masculinity.

Some sociology work has found that a strong, continuous desire to wear female clothing (even at a very early age) is a key indicator of whether a boy is likely to be gay later in life. Others find this work trivial or silly.

Restrictions or prohibitions on wearing of female clothing are quite controversial. Strongly religious Americans often are firmly against such choices. The Bible itself does not describe female vs. male clothing in any detail, nor does it offer much guidance on cross-dressing.
