- First off the man who considers a woman a whore should do their homework! Men often have had sexual relationships with multiple women or, some husbands cheat on their wives, but they are not labeled as readily by society as a male whore (although they do exist.) If a man is asking if his girlfriend or wife is having affairs and constantly cheating thus making her a whore can change it depends on the individual woman. If the man is asking if a prostitute can change then yes, a small percentage can be changed if given the chance, but high end prostitution is a business and some women do not wish to give up prostitution.
